2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Minced white onion
5 Jalapeno Peppers
2 Poblano Peppers
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1/8 cup Olive Oil
1 cup water
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp madras curry
1 pineapple spear
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar

Peppers get stems removed and seeds if you prefer. Sautee onion, garlic, salt, pepper, all peppers and olive oil. Boil with water and vinegar. It all goes into the blender.


Version 1.0 - May want to experiment with choice of peppers. Also, maybe more vinegar, ends up a little thick.
